KENTUCKY MULE

bourbon switchel cocktail

We're a little off Moscow these days, so we're switching this cocktail up. The ginger beer coupled with the fresh-pressed ginger in The District make for a mule with an added kick. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz bourbon

  • 3 oz The District

  • 2 small lime wedges

  • 1 oz ginger beer

Combine bourbon, The District, and lime in a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds or longer to muddle flavors. Strain into a copper mug and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime.
